What will you work on?

The Finance SAP Implementation Lead, MD Procure to Pay will be the key point of contact for the SAP S/4 Hana project, ensuring business critical inputs are incorporated in the system design, while working closely with the SAP S/4 Solution Team, and with colleagues across the Melissa Doug and Spin Master organizations.

How will you create impact?

Work with broad range of key stakeholders across Melissa Doug and their parent company, Spin Master, to facilitate the design and implementation of the end-to-end PTP process, including direct and indirect procurement and accounts payable

Participate in Global Design workshops and interface with the S/4 leadership team, System Integrators (SI) and more to design, develop, test, and deploy the PTP functional workstream of the project.

Assist the business with designing process flows managed within the PTP platform

Accountable for change management, communications, and partner alignment in support of process improvements, break/fix solutions and approved system improvements

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reporting by leveraging SAP S/4 HANA functionalities

Ensure robust User Acceptance Testing across the PTP workstream through collaboration with both project and functional teams

Partner with the IT team to facilitate smooth system integration and data migration

Serve as change agent for the SAP S/4 transformation

What are your skills and experience?

Relevant experience

Demonstrated understanding of SAP business processes in the area (direct/indirect procurement, vendor management, payments, etc.)

Prior exposure to systems implementation, project planning, and/or business integration is required

Experience in organizational change management
