As a Digital Product Designer, you will be a pivotal force in shaping the experiences delivered through various digital products. You will thrive in an agile, iterative environment, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders to analyze, design, and articulate your design vision. Your natural problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and facilitation expertise will be essential as you guide projects from initial idea generation through to successful implementation.

* What you will do:

* ** Design Strategy & Leadership:*
* * Apply a deep understanding of user interface patterns and behaviors to enhance user comprehension and optimize task performance.

* Utilize visualizations and interactions to facilitate analytical thinking, especially when working with large datasets.

* Lead design critiques, assess interactions for inclusivity, and offer expert guidance to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

* Organize and facilitate engaging ideation sessions and collaborative work activities.

* Serve as the subject-matter expert for interaction design within the product design team.

* ** Artifact Creation & Prototyping:*
* * Inform design decisions by applying a comprehensive understanding of interaction design theory, visual design theory, research data, and best practices.

* Develop complex low-fidelity sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to explore, communicate, and validate design concepts.

* Produce sophisticated prototypes that provide precise delivery specifications for development teams.

* Present interaction design work effectively to senior stakeholders.

* ** Research & Testing:*
* * Facilitate comprehensive usability testing sessions.

* Actively participate in or initiate various research activities to gather insights.

* Conduct research into leading interaction design strategies and perform competitive audits relevant to specific design or business objectives.

* Execute pattern, micro-interaction, and component design audits as needed to ensure consistency and quality.

** Must-have:**

* BA/BS degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science (CS), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

* A compelling portfolio showcasing application design samples.

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing usable interfaces across diverse channels and platforms.

* Experience in an applied research setting, including the integration of user research into product designs and design practices.
