Senior SharePoint Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide immediate support for SharePoint classic sites hosted on Client 365 (M365). This role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SharePoint classic site functionality, access, and performance, while ensuring effective communication with clients. The successful candidate will document all support activities and solutions for knowledge sharing and continuity, assess the current SharePoint environment for optimization opportunities, and plan the migration of SharePoint content to upgraded solutions.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint classic and modern sites
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients

• Experience with migration of SharePoint content to Adobe solutions
• Familiarity with optimization and modernization of SharePoint environments
• Experience in documenting support activities and solutions

• Provide immediate support for SharePoint classic sites on M365
• Troubleshoot and resolve functionality, access, and performance issues
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand needs and provide updates
• Document all support activities for knowledge sharing
