Overview
As a Business Development Representative, you will sell Automated payments and AR Software to Managed Service Providers/companies within North American. You will be part of a high-performing sales team and play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel activity. This position offers a base salary of $60,000–$70,000 with on-target earnings (OTE) of $80,000–$90,000 in the first year.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS- $60,000 to $70,000 Base Salary

Location:
Toronto, ON - Hybrid work schedule – 2-3 days/week in the office
- Target Markets:
Primarily North America, focused on IT service companies, including Managed Service Providers (MSPs), SaaS, and Fin Tech companies
- 1+ years of SaaS sales experience required
- Proven top 10–15% performer in current or previous BDR role
- Previous experience with Fin Tech, SaaS, or MSP clients required
- Extremely driven, emotionally intelligent, and resourceful
Automated payments and accounts receivable solutions that integrate directly with accounting systems. These solutions are specifically designed to help IT service companies scale efficiently without replacing existing billing platforms.
