, you’ll play a critical role in leading customers through the entire Services sales process with finesse and flair. You'll craft winning strategies, dive into technical discovery, and deliver impactful solutions. Collaborate with various internal teams, engage in discovery calls, and conduct thorough due diligence, ensuring our value shines through every interaction. Your ability to understand clients' unique needs and map them to our innovative solutions will be key.
** Collaborate Cross-Functionally**:
Work closely with Technical Services and other internal teams to design tailored solutions, prepare Statements of Work (SOW), and ensure a seamless customer experience. :
Present integration and technical requirements in a simplified, customer-friendly manner while staying informed on industry trends and Verafin’s unique value proposition.
** Technical Communication**:
Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and clearly communicate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
** Consultative Sales Approach**:
Strategic thinking with experience navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. :
Ability to build rapport and connect with individuals at all levels of a customer’s organization, from executives to end-users.:
Experience in project management practices and determining pricing for complex, scoped projects.
** SOW Preparation**:
Familiarity with preparing Statements of Work (SOWs), including understanding of responsibilities, risks, and limitations.
** Background in Technical Sales or Implementation**:
Prior experience in roles such as technical sales, business analyst, or implementation specialist.
