Webull Canada Crypto Ltd provides a mobile-first investing platform for retail investors. We seek an exceptionally driven and visionary Digital Asset Lead to spearhead the development and expansion of our cryptocurrency offerings in the Canadian market. This role requires a comprehensive skill set: developing trading features, integrating with liquidity providers, establishing risk‑management protocols, and ensuring seamless customer support for crypto-related inquiries. You will lead the launch and ongoing management of Webull Canada's crypto vertical.

• Drive the entire crypto business, from strategic planning to execution.
• Own and develop the roadmap, from product conceptualization to operational excellence and compliance.
• Navigate complex regulations and engage with authorities for licenses and registrations.
• Ensure services are innovative, user-friendly, and compliant with the highest standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in a relevant field; prior Fintech or retail broker‑dealer environment.
• Currently hold CSC, CPH, or IDSC courses.
• Dynamic leadership in operations or financial services/technology, with a passion for crypto.
• 3 years of direct experience in the digital asset space and strong project‑management skills.
• Adaptability and proactive problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.
• Develop trading features, integrate with liquidity providers, and establish risk‑management protocols.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, engineering, marketing, and customer‑service teams for seamless operations.
• Passion for shaping the future of finance and making a lasting impact on the Canadian crypto landscape.

• PDO, DFOL, and other CSI courses an asset.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to multitask in a start‑up environment.
• Prior experience in crypto trading and familiarity with the broader cryptocurrency landscape.
• Basic understanding of the AI space.
• Ability to balance and prioritize diverse challenges and conflicting responsibilities.
