Reporting to the Principal Enterprise Architect, the IT Systems Administrator will:

• Act as tertiary contact and provide third level support, advice, and assistance to NRT staff and its stakeholders in the use of a variety of infrastructure systems (e.g., Servers, Storage Area Networks, Hyper Visors, Windows, Linux, etc.) to optimize effective use of technology throughout the organization.
• Determine the extent of problem(s), decide on appropriate action, and set priorities for responding to client requests for services to ensure that program operations are not adversely impacted.
• Participate on project teams as required and conduct special projects related to information technology at the request of the Sr. Manager, IT Operations such as supporting project teams in defining project needs, benefits, and technical strategy; researching & developing parameters within the project life cycle; providing technical analysis and design services; and support of operations staff in executing, testing and rolling‑out the solutions.
  
  Participation in projects is focused on smoothing the transition of projects from project staff to production staff by performing operation activities within the project life cycle.
• Maintain the following systems:
  Windows & Linux systems infrastructure;
