Technical Business Analyst- FIS Quantum

We're #Hiring a #Technical Business Analyst with hands-on experience in FIS Quantum to support our Client's treasury management initiatives in #Toronto. This role is open to professionals with backgrounds in business analysis, development, architecture, or quality assurance, as long as they bring deep functional and/or technical knowledge of FIS Quantum.

🧠 What You'll Do:
- Act as a key contributor in the implementation and support of FIS Quantum Treasury Management System
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements related to treasury operations, in-house banking, cash forecasting, and intercompany settlements
- Perform system configurations, enhancements, and maintenance within FIS Quantum
- Participate in data migration and integration activities, working closely with internal teams and external vendors
- Utilize SQL and other database tools to analyze and validate data within the system
- Support testing, defect management, and user training during various phases of the project
- Work with workflow frameworks such as EWF (Enterprise Workflow Framework) in Quantum
- Manage deliverables and collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams

What You Bring:

- Hands-on experience with FIS Quantum (Treasury and Risk Manager – Quantum Edition)
- Solid understanding of treasury processes such as cash positioning, bank reconciliation, and intercompany netting
- Experience in system implementation, configuration, and support of Treasury Management Systems
- Familiarity with data migration, system integration, and interface development
- Strong technical foundation in SQL and relational databases

- Experience with workflow management tools such as EWF in Quantum
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams
- Exposure to financial systems integration with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Understanding of financial controls, compliance, and reporting in treasury environments
