The opportunityWe are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Workforce Advisory – ERP Change and Transformation practice, with a strong focus on SAP. In this role, you will help clients successfully navigate large–scale ERP implementations by designing fulsome change strategies, , and workforce solutions that enable adoption and deliver business value.
As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will work directly with senior leaders of major organizations, bringing deep expertise in ERP change management and SAP programs. YourKey Responsibilities
- Lead ERP Change Initiatives: Drive the design and execution of change management strategies for SAP implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and transformation goals.
- Organizational Readiness
:
Assess organizational impacts of ERP programs, and develop workforce transition plans to enable successful adoption. - Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with client leadership, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication of program objectives and benefits.
- Deliver Quality Services: Develop and implement change plans, communication and engagement programs, and business readiness activities to support end–user adoption and minimize disruption.
- Risk Management: Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Foster a Collaborative Work Environment
:
Provide coaching and feedback to team members while building and nurturing strong relationships across the program team to enhance effective cross–functional collaboration and teamwork. - Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand ERP change services, contribute to proposals, and build long–term client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology or typical phases of an ERP implementation
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP systems and their impact on business processes.
- Experience in change management for ERP programs, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead work streams independently.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem–solving skills; ability to think creatively and strategically.
- High level of motivation, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
- A related bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or Information Systems.
- 3–5 years of experience in ERP change management, preferably with SAP implementations.
- PROSCI or equivalent Change Management certification (asset).
- Experience delivering change solutions across project life cycles:
Assessment, Design, and Implementation. - Project management experience; PMP certification is an asset.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an advantage.
- Flexibility to travel (approximately 30%).
