Duration: 12 months starting January
Hybrid work (2-3 days at Toronto office)
Responsibilities- 1‑3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in content or collaboration platform migrations (e.g., SharePoint, One Drive, Confluence).
- Exposure to enterprise‑scale environments or consulting/managed services is a plus.
- Pre‑Migration
Activities:
Inventory analysis of existing SharePoint sites and content. Assist in mapping content to target SharePoint structure. - Migration Support:
Execute migration tasks under guidance using approved tools. Validate migrated content and report discrepancies. - Post‑Migration
Activities:
Support user acceptance testing (UAT). Document issues and assist in remediation. - Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise between business teams and technical migration team. Provide status updates and maintain migration trackers. - Documentation:
Document requirements, maintain migration trackers, etc. as needed by the program management standards.
This role is for an independent consultant working on a contract basis with a Kyndryl client, and it is not a direct employment position with Kyndryl.
