Business Consultant, Data Warehouse & BI Reporting

Adecco is currently recruiting for a Business Consultant, Data Warehouse & BI Reporting for a 6–9-month contract (depending on workload). This role is with our Crown Corporation client in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate must hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance or be eligible for one. This role is hybrid, requiring at least two days a week in the office at Dundas Street, Toronto.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing SQL Server and Snowflake systems, including access management and maintenance
• Supporting data modeling and integration between Snowflake and Sim Corp Dimension
• Developing and building tables on Snowflake based on business requirements
• Automating data transformation, ingestion, and extraction through scripting
• Creating data visualizations using Power BI and Snowflake Streamlit
• Managing and maintaining the Git Hub repository

Minimum requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or related field
• Experience with pension/investment data
• Proficiency in ETL processes and tools
• Strong skills in Python programming and SQL
• Familiarity with investment applications such as Bloomberg, Sim Corp, etc.
• Experience with cloud solutions like Snowflake
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, including Power BI and Python libraries
• Expertise in data management and database administration
• Knowledge of trading lifecycle and investment workflows
• A CFA designation is a strong asset
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
