Senior Account Executive (Leadership Track)

With established momentum, strong tools, and a clear vision for scale, this is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing AE ready to make a lasting impact. This fast-scaling SaaS company is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its growth-focused sales team.
This role is ideal for an ambitious, experienced AE who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to step into leadership. You'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth while mentoring and supporting a team of junior reps.
The Role
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close with a consultative approach, with marking leads provided.
- Conduct structured discovery to uncover business challenges and align tailored solutions.
- Deliver compelling demos to both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Maintain a high-velocity sales motion (80+ meetings/month) while upholding quality.
- Mentor and support junior reps to elevate sales execution and performance.
- Analyze pipeline and deal data to enhance win rates and efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless buyer journey.
- Operations Hub:
An AI-powered platform helping field and infrastructure teams manage workflows and data. - Integration Platform (iPaaS):
Enables seamless connections across tools and systems. - Business Intelligence Solution:
Delivers real-time insights and analytics for decision-making.
- 4-7 years of B2B SaaS Account Executive experience.
- Proven success in mid-market sales.
- Consistent track record of exceeding an annual quota.
- Strong discovery, presentation, and closing skills with a consultative mindset.
- Proficiency with MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, or similar methodologies.
- Experience mentoring or informally leading peers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Background selling into renewable energy, solar, or field service sectors.
- Compensation: $200k OTE + equity options.
