• Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.
• Develop detailed programming specifications.
• Write and/or generate code, compile data‑driven programs, maintain, and conduct unit tests.
• Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion, and migrations.

Must Have: (Mandatory)

• 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/design/development/integration.
• 5+ years of experience integrating Siebel with Adobe AEM, J2EE and others.
• 5+ years experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
• Experience in OBIEE and Power
  
  BI report development.
• 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18 focusing on configuring/developing.
• Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects.
• Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.
• Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and methods.
• Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification.
• Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations.
• Experience in UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel, exposing Siebel in external application).
• Experience configuring Siebel migration application.
• Experience administering the Siebel Approval Manager.

Report Development Skills (35%)

• Experience in OBIEE and Power
  
  BI report development.
• Working knowledge of Open UI concepts – PM, PR, Manifest File and Mapping files.

Additional Skills for Oracle Software Developer

• Conduct impact assessments on Oracle E‑Business application customizations and extensions.
• Strong conversion experience in Account Receivable Collection modules.
• Strong programming skills in Oracle database, PL/SQL, SQL, XML, Unix shell scripts and Oracle Data Integrator.
• Business knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable and Inventory Modules of Oracle E‑Business.
• Excellent knowledge of Oracle E‑Business table structure related to GL, AR, Collections, AP, INV and FND.
• SQL tuning and use of partition tables.
• Data warehouse, ETL methodologies and OBIEE experience.
• Java and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and leadership abilities to oversee QA of the project from technical perspective.
