The System Integration Analyst is a trusted technical expert with very strong business acumen in the Source‑to‑Pay domain. The role is the custodian of robust technical solutions that support Source‑to‑Pay processes and practices, protecting business value and efficiencies.

• Demonstrate and uphold Riverside Natural Food’s Core Values.
• Partner with Business Process owners to provide end‑to‑end technology solutions implementation and continuous improvement project leadership.
• Analyze business requirements by conducting information‑gathering sessions, documenting accurate understanding and mapping to SAP business processes.
• Make recommendations for selection of appropriate SAP best practices and solutions.
• Safeguard and drive SAP Clean Core principles, acting as an advocate for end‑users.
• Provide deep SAP functional & technical expertise in the Source‑to‑Pay area.
• Develop proof of concepts to showcase functional solutions to key business partners.
• Configure SAP S4 HANA, Fiori, & Ariba/Business Network Source‑to‑Pay modules.
• Complete functional specifications for RICEFW (reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflow).
• Collaborate and manage third‑party vendors for technical consulting during solution design, development, delivery, and support.
• Ensure technical design aligns with functional specifications and quality standards.
• Document requirements, develop business process maps, create project plans, and training materials.
• Use approved testing methodologies, processes, and procedures.
• Design and develop test plans for system and acceptance testing.
• Provide input to architecture, security, and data standards.
• Share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities.
• Conduct fit/gap analysis and justify functional deviations.
• Collaborate with key business decision makers and end users to resolve issues.
• Resolve support issues and deliver SAP training.
• Coordinate execution of project tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Continuously learn and improve skills in SAP and related technologies.
• Maintain a fun and welcoming work atmosphere.

• Reports to the Supply Chain Solution Owners Lead.
• No direct reports.

• 5‑10 years of SAP S/4 HANA Source‑to‑Pay configuration experience.
• 5+ years in one or more SAP S/4 HANA modules.
• Expertise in SAP MM & WM, Fiori configuration.
• Experience with Ariba/Business Network modules.
• Familiarity with SAP Analytic Cloud.
• SAP certification(s) highly preferred.
• Experience with key integration areas in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing.
• Minimum of two full lifecycle SAP deployments, preferably in multiple geographies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, time management, facilitation, and process management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of SAP payment runs, accounts payable, tax integration, invoice processes, and vendor master data.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrates grit and a desire to learn.
• Systems implementation skills: requirement analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, change management.
• Experience in preparing and executing test cases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask multiple projects.
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
