• Design and develop solutions using SAP Build:
  Lead the design and implementation of scalable business processes and automations using Build Process Automation, develop extensions using Build Apps, and develop custom Joule Skills and Agents using Joule Studio to automate business processes and enhance core SAP solutions (e.g., SAP S/4
  
  HANA, SAP Success Factors, SAP Ariba).
• Build Process Automation using UiPath integrated with Build Process Automation.
• Develop sites using SAP Build Work Zone solution and integrate process automation workflows using Task Center.
• Integrate SAP Build Process Automation with various SAP and non‑SAP systems to ensure smooth data synchronization and robust data flow across enterprise systems.
• Apply security best practices, audit logging, and authentication mechanisms within SAP Build Process Automation environments, including SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and SAP XSUAA.
• Stay current with emerging SAP technologies, tools, and trends, particularly in SAP Build Process Automation, Business AI, and Joule, and proactively explore new ways to enhance automation capabilities and process optimization within the SAP ecosystem.
• Collaborate with functional teams and architects to create extension strategies and design patterns that align with business requirements while maintaining performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver customized solutions that address specific business needs.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to junior developers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the development team.
• Ensure adherence to development best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes while leveraging SAP BTP tools to streamline deployment and lifecycle management.
• Document extension designs, configurations, and development processes, and share knowledge across teams to promote a unified approach to SAP extension development.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP development, with at least 3 years working with SAP BTP Build Process Automation.
• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, the US, and other countries.

• In‑depth knowledge of SAP Build Process Automation (formerly SAP Intelligent RPA) and integration with SAP S/4
  
  HANA, SAP Success Factors, SAP Ariba, and other business systems.
• Experience transitioning from workflow management solution to SAP Build Process Automation.
• Integration of Build Process Automation with UiPath add‑on.
• Build Work Zone implementations and integrations with Joule and Task Center/My Inbox.
• Expertise in SAP Business AI, Joule Studio, and creation of Joule skills and agents.
• Incorporation of GenAI technologies such as GPT, NLP, and machine learning into process automation workflows.
• Experience with cloud‑native development concepts, microservices architecture, containerization, serverless computing, and event‑driven architectures within the SAP BTP ecosystem.
• Working knowledge of SAP BTP environments—Cloud Foundry and Kyma.
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA and integration between SAP BTP and on‑premises or cloud SAP systems.
• Knowledge of Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Git, Jenkins, and SAP Business Application Studio.
