What You’ll Do- Partner with enterprise customers on pilots and early deployments
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, and integration planning
- Translate messy partner data needs into concrete API and data feed requirements
- Support implementation work across APIs, data feeds, and CRM connections
- Coordinate with product, engineering, and data teams on requirements and scope
- Translate customer needs into clear tickets, specs, and follow ups
- Build and maintain demo environments, sample data sets, and playbooks
- Help design and track pilot success metrics and reporting views
- Collect structured feedback from users and stakeholders during pilots
- Troubleshoot issues across data, configuration, and integrations
- Provide input into roadmap based on real customer use and impact
- 3–6 years in a customer facing technical role
- Experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role
- Worked with API integrations, data operations, and automation through scripting or SQL
- Comfortable debugging APIs, security, and data flows
- Strong communicator with both technical and non technical partners
- Able to run discovery, ask good questions, and map needs to solutions
- Experience with B2B SaaS, data products, or analytics platforms
- Enjoy working on pilots, proof of concepts, and first of kind projects
- Comfortable owning timelines and keeping multiple teams in sync
- Bias to ship, learn from usage, and refine quickly
- Motivated by solving real customer problems and seeing impact in the field
- Work directly with top tier partners like Uber Eats and Toast
