• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ETL processes and data transformations.
• Perform data validation, data reconciliation, and data quality checks across source, staging, and target systems.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to verify transformation logic and business rules.
• Implement and maintain automated test suites using Python, Selenium, and Robot Framework.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of data workflows.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, ETL Developers, and Business Analysts to clarify requirements and define acceptance criteria.
• Identify defects, log issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test strategy, traceability matrix, and test reports.
• Support release readiness and ensure compliance with data standards and governance.
