Description

Responsibilities:

Software Developer (BO)

• Develop, test, support, and maintain Panorama Business Object (BO) reports, including modifications for vendor upgrades, business requirement changes, and support for Panorama reports.
• Support Panorama Immunization, Inventory, and Audit reports, including 29 critical reports for Immunization and 44 reports for Inventory using Business Objects tools.
• Provide subject matter expertise to develop and maintain BO tools for development and unit testing.
• Provide Business Objects and Crystal Reports.
• Create and tune SQL queries.
• Provide business intelligence and data analytics, data warehouse design, development, and support.
• Conduct technical analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for production support of Panorama reports and components.
• Develop reports using relational and hierarchical database technologies.
• Support BO administration and package creation.
• Assist with BO upgrades.
• Research and assess options for technical design issues.
• Provide impact analysis, effort estimates, and solution design/development for supported solutions, including upgrades and new requirements.
• Assess and analyze impact of upgrades to BO reports and implement necessary changes.
• Resolve and implement critical fixes and changes based on defect reports and critical changes.
• Conduct routine and incident management.
• Perform performance tuning, audits, and ad hoc reporting per business requests.
• Meet service level agreements by troubleshooting and resolving incidents via service desk.
• Maintain development environments and practice continuous integration (CI).
• Translate technical specifications into tested applications.
• Conduct technical analysis, prepare detailed programming specifications, design, code, and perform unit tests.
• Provide expertise across various platforms, operating systems, databases, communication protocols, middleware, and gateways.
