UX​/UI Designer

Gen Tube is a consumer AI creation platform built on the belief that creation should be entertainment.

Last year, people created 70M+ images on Gen Tube. What matters more is what’s emerging now: a small but growing group opens the app with no prompt, no task, and stays for hours. No nudges. No incentives. That behavior is the signal we’re building around.

We’re hiring a UX / UI Designer to help build the core product systems behind Gen Tube. You’ll work directly with product and engineering to design flows, states, and loops — and you’ll be expected to form hypotheses, ship fast, and measure outcomes. • Work closely with engineers to ensure designs ship as intended.
• Design for speed and clarity — minimal friction, obvious next actions.
• Help define and refine design systems that support fast iteration.
• Use metrics and qualitative signals to decide what to keep, change, or kill.

Systems & Product Thinking

• Experience designing consumer products at scale.
• You think in flows, states, and loops, not static screens.
• You understand how design choices affect activation, retention, and engagement.

Hypothesis-Driven Design

• You can articulate why a design should work.
• You’re comfortable pairing designs with success metrics.
• You use data, user behavior, and feedback to guide iteration.

Speed & Execution

• You move fast and don’t over-polish early.
• You care deeply about what ships, not just what’s proposed.
• You work well with engineers and product partners.
• You take ownership over outcomes, not just deliverables.
• You’re comfortable being wrong — and correcting course quickly.
