Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to all types of Network Devices
- Configure and upgrade Cisco, Juniper, Huawei and other network devices
- Consult with customers on how to remediate network issues
- Develop network maintenance processes for the junior engineers
Skills/Must have:
- NOC Engineering or Network Support experience
- Service Provider background is preferred
- Strong routing and switching experience
