• Responsible for the development of the end-to-end refresh and deployment requirements for the branch and campus networks.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership needed to solve operational issues, as well as provide support with technical escalations, incidents and project management.
• Provide recommendations and contribute to the solutions in an area of expertise including leading work streams that are part of the larger initiative.
• Plan, submit, execute, monitor, remediate deployments and assist with supporting all system updates and lead production deployment activities.
• Provide expertise related to branch and campus environment with the following technologies:
  • Routing and switching
  • Wireless
  • Silverpeak SDWAN (Software Defined Wide Area Networking)
  • Cabling specifications
  • Scripting
  • Wide Area Networking (WAN) solutions
  • Documentation
