Junior Agile Team Lead, OTT (Digital Strategy And Product) (English Services)

Join Radio-Canada as a Junior Agile Team Lead for the OTT Digital Strategy & Products team. This 18‑month contract (potentially telework or hybrid) requires bilingual French/English skills and a passion for agile coaching.

• Coach, mentor, and support team members in agile practices.
• Facilitate collaboration and continuous improvement to enhance team productivity and delivery.
• Serve as a key contributor and informal leader within a cross‑functional product team.
• Champion a culture of open communication, feedback, and accountability.
• Lead agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
• Identify process improvement opportunities and work with teams to implement Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Empower the team to be self‑organizing, high‑performing, and cross‑functional.
• Define, track, and analyze key agile metrics to measure delivery and performance.
• Act as a change agent to promote an agile mindset across teams and departments.
• Continuously refine coaching approaches to enhance team effectiveness.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written).
• Preferred bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or other relevant agile certifications.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an Agile Lead or similar role, demonstrating proficiency in Scrum and Kanban.
• Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA/Confluence is essential.
• Strong knowledge of agile principles and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Confidence, humility, and a creative approach to problem‑solving and removing obstacles.
