  • Write clear PRDs, requirements, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, QA, and Implementation to deliver high-quality features.
  • Manage ongoing prioritization, roadmap execution, release planning, and customer rollout.
  • Ensure smooth user adoption and effective internal communication during launches.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with CX, Sales, Implementation, and other internal teams to represent customer needs.
  • Support go-to-market readiness for upcoming product enhancements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for time tracking, payroll, and labor costing.
Integrations & APIs
  • Own APIs related to time, payroll hours, labor costing, and expenses.
  • Guide integration pathways with payroll, ERP, and accounting systems.
  • Partner with Engineering to drive accuracy, scalability, and workflow integrity.
Additional Responsibilities

  • Support implementation teams with customer rollout and acceptance testing.
  • Ensure workflows reflect financial and operational best practices.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience with time tracking, payroll systems, ERP workflows, costing, labor management, or construction tech.
  • Strong understanding of workflow-heavy, data-sensitive product areas.
  • Experience with APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Strong product discovery, research, and communication skills.
  • Experience with lean agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
