Responsibilities Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data‑driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests. Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages.
General Skills- Experience in programming and analysis; specialized CRM software package support at the specified experience level.

- Knowledge and experience with programming Internet‑ready applications.
- Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.

- Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging.
- Ability to provide post‑implementation support and resolve any post‑implementation technical issues.

This position is listed as “Onsite”; the resource is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between the standard working hours of 8:00‑5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location.
Experience Requirements Siebel Development Skills – 40 %- 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/design/development/integration.
- 5+ years of experience integrating Siebel with Adobe AEM, J2EE and related technologies.
- 5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
- 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18 focusing on configuring/developing.
- Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects.
- Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.
- Experience using Siebel Open UI specific classes and methods.
- Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification.
- Experience with Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations.
- Experience in UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel, exposing Siebel in external applications).
- Experience configuring Siebel migration application.
- Experience administering the Siebel Approval Manager.
- Experience in OBIEE and Power
BI report development. - Experience in HTML5, Cascading Style Sheets, jQuery and JavaScript.
