Manager, Technologies, Connectivity and Application Development  We’re looking for a senior manager to lead and inspire the mobile, embedded, and backend development teams across our Connectivity and Application Development department. Your mission will be to define and drive a cohesive technology vision while ensuring high quality, secure, and scalable solutions that enhance the digital experience for BRP customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities   Lead and supervise three teams – two mobile (iOS/Android) and one backend.
Define and maintain the medium‑ and long‑term technological vision for Connectivity and Mobile.
Ensure consistency in development, integration, and delivery practices among teams.
Establish and evolve work processes, CI/CD pipelines, technical documentation, and code reviews.
Collaborate with IT, Security, R&D, and Product teams to guarantee scalability, performance, and compliance of solutions.
Support architecture initiatives and key decisions (technology stack, frameworks, API integration, etc.).
Supervise technical team leaders and promote their skill development.
Contribute actively to strategic projects and major technical audits.
Establish and monitor performance and quality KPIs.
Qualifications   10+ years of software development experience (mobile and/or backend) and 5+ years in technical team management.
Excellent knowledge of native mobile development (Kotlin, Swift) or cross‑platform languages (Kotlin Multiplatform).

Experience with Bluetooth and WiFi protocols; databases (MySQL, Maria

DB, Mongo

DB); API protocols (REST, Graph

QL); and Azure Cloud services.
Solid understanding of cloud environments, CI/CD, monitoring tools, IoT technologies, application security, and Dev Ops practices.
Strong collaboration skills with internal and external technical and non‑technical partners.
Structured, rigorous leadership focused on continuous improvement in a matrix environment.
Experience coordinating globally distributed teams.
Excellent communication in English; knowledge of Portuguese is an asset.
