Our Experience Design (XD) Team is at the forefront of enriching our customers’ lives with exceptional digital experiences and we need an experienced Product Designer (Senior Associate) to help us in our mission of changing baking for good. We’re looking for a team player who can apply their skills and talents to make a true impact on our customers. • Be a critical and contributing member of the Experience Design team, focused on helping to influence strategy and execution of the overall user experience.
• Work closely with mobile product and engineering teams in an agile, iterative, data‑informed product development environment.
• Help to define and refine user experiences, from supporting requirements gathering and user research efforts, through user flow mapping, prototyping, and UI design.
• Design experiences that make complex tasks and workflows simple and intuitive for all customers.
• Create prototypes, wireframes, sketches, user flows, journey maps and other digital tools to test and improve user experiences in collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of our design system.
• Collect user research and integrate feedback as part of your design process.
• Help to brainstorm and propose design solutions that take our products to the next level, while keeping the product direction, visuals and user experience in consideration.
• Help to drive design team culture by participating in and helping to lead ceremonies and team events.
• Help to champion user‑centred design through demonstrating concrete design impact across the organization.

• At least 4‑5 years of UX/Product Design experience, ideally with consumer and/or mobile products.
• Product Design experience with a focus on native mobile (iOS & Android).
• Experience with information architecture, page hierarchies, user flows, UX research, wire framing, design systems, and user‑centred design principles.
• Strong working knowledge of HTML/CSS and Generative AI.
• Expert knowledge of both UX and UI best knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
