We are seeking an experienced Accessibility Tester to evaluate websites, mobile applications, and digital content for compliance with accessibility standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accessibility testing and hands-on experience with assistive technologies.
This role is critical in ensuring digital products meet WCAG, ADA, and Section 508 compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Test websites, mobile applications, and digital content for accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2, ADA, and Section 508 standards.
- Use assistive technologies such as screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, Voice Over), keyboard-only navigation, and screen magnifiers to validate accessibility.
- Identify and document accessibility issues and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Collaborate with development and design teams to ensure accessibility is integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
- Participate in accessibility audits and contribute to accessibility improvement initiatives.
- Strong expertise in accessibility testing (must-have).
- Hands-on experience using assistive technologies including screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1/2.2, ADA, and Section 508.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
