Fixing vulnerabilities & infra support
- Windows server administration including Active Directory, SCCM enterprise patching, OS/Application patch installation, debugging and application-level issue troubleshooting.
- Good working knowledge of Windows Power Shell and Linux shell scripting.
- Able to perform activities related to Linux Administration as required.
- Knowledge of Database Administration and its concepts such as backups and restoration required for application-related maintenance.
- Able to work on decommissioning of End of Life (EOL) machines within the environment.
- Analyze the application system logs for failed installations and for applications causing performance issues reported as part of incident and problem tickets, and drive them toward resolution.
- Collaborate with other application vendor teams as per the requirement.
- Must be able to work on ticketing tools such as Service Now and document the root cause analysis for incidents, change requests, and problem management.
- Able to work on virtual machines via Citrix and Nutanix.
- Knowledge of Dynatrace or other observability platforms would be an added advantage.
