Lead Marketing measurement and data science at TD in Toronto, using attribution, ROI analysis, and analytics leadership to guide investment decisions.
As Senior Manager, Data Science, you will advance enterprise Marketing measurement across TD’s Analytics, Insights & Artificial Intelligence team. You will connect Marketing activity with customer and business outcomes through ROI, attribution, 1:1 campaign measurement, and reporting. The role also supports scalable analytical data foundations and clear executive recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead connected Marketing ROI and attribution measurement capabilities
- Establish consistent methodologies, definitions, KPIs, and reporting
- Scale repeatable measurement for 1:1 Marketing campaigns
- Represent Marketing Analytics in Salesforce migration initiatives
- Lead and develop Data Scientists and analytics professionals
- University degree in a quantitative discipline
- 5–7+ years of relevant analytics or data science experience
- Experience leading analytical initiatives or professionals
- Knowledge of ROI, attribution, experimentation, or customer analytics
- Technical experience with SQL, Python or PySpark, and Databricks
