Bilingual Expert | English and Korean

Role Overview

Mercor is seeking bilingual English–Korean language experts to support a language evaluation project in collaboration with a leading AI research lab. Freelancers will be responsible for reviewing and refining translations, ensuring outputs reflect fluent, culturally appropriate Korean. This short‑term, flexible opportunity allows experts to apply their linguistic insight to cutting‑edge AI development.

• Review English-to-Korean translations for fluency, clarity, and cultural accuracy.
• Identify awkward or unnatural phrasing and suggest improvements.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for linguistic and contextual correctness.
• Deliver clear, constructive feedback on translation quality.
• Ensure consistency and precision across review tasks.

• Native-level fluency in Korean and fluent English proficiency.
• Proven ability to read and evaluate content quickly and accurately.
• Experience in translation, localization, or language QA.
• Excellent attention to detail and cultural awareness.
• Self‑motivated and reliable with strong time management skills.

Remote and asynchronous — set your own hours.

Expected commitment: 10+ hours/week.

Project duration: 1+ month.

All work is task-based and compensated per hour.

$35–40/hour USD, depending on experience.

Paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
