On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual E/F Design Researcher User Testing for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

- Job Description:


This role involves working on the bank’s online banking app experience, specifically focusing on the "Payments" pillar. The project includes improving payment capabilities in the web app and collaborating with other channels to build a harmonious experience.

Bilingual E/F Design Researcher User Testing - Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with 3 squads of designers on the online team

• Help the team identify and define client needs via multiple research methods and tools

• Analyze the competitive landscape to identify business opportunities

• Facilitate workshops at various parts of the design process

• Work with the product team to map product strategy to client needs

• Propose and participate in user testing of designs

• Present work to the wider team

• Take and give feedback frequently

Bilingual E/F Design Researcher User Testing - Mandatory

Skills:



• Fluent in English & French, written and verbal

• BA/BS degree in relevant fields or equivalent practical experience

• 5-7 years of design research experience

• Experience with user testing software

• Ability to identify research needs and metrics

• Proficiency in Mural, Figma, Keynote, Confluence, Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bilingual E/F Design Researcher User Testing – Nice-to-Have

Skills:



• Banking/Financial basics knowledge

• Experience in the online/mobile space

• Familiarity with Alida, Maze, and Bloomfire

• Accessible design knowledge

• Teamwork-oriented mindset
