In-House Corporate Lawyer - Energy Law Experience Not Required
Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr.
The client, a company owning and operating energy facilities, seeks an In-House Lawyer with a minimum of six years of relevant experience in Corporate Law to join its Toronto office.
Job DescriptionOur client requires a Lawyer to join its in-house legal team, managing a high volume of contracts and employment claims.
Desired Skills & Experience- 6 years experience in Corporate Law
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Ability to handle a high volume of work
- Drafting and negotiating contracts
- Managing employment claims with outside counsel
- Advise on RFPs
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Licensed to practice law in Ontario gt;
Experience with power projects is an asset
