In this fast‑track role, you will work on a broad range of civil litigation matters, from estate and real‑estate disputes to complex commercial litigation, collaborating with senior counsel and handling cases end‑to‑end.
compensationbase salary: ca $80,000 – ca $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Competitive performance‑based incentives and profit‑sharing are available.

full‑time, in‑office position with occasional remote flexibility.
key responsibilities- manage your own litigation files from start to finish.
- co‑counsel with senior lawyers on complex, high‑stakes cases.
- draft pleadings, applications, motions, affidavits, and factums.
- argue motions, case conferences, applications, and trials.
- prepare for and conduct discoveries and hearings.
- liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
- utilize cutting‑edge litigation software to manage files efficiently.
- develop and execute case strategies to secure optimal outcomes for clients.
- 3+ years of solid civil litigation experience (estate, commercial and real‑estate litigation preferred).
- membership in good standing with the law society of ontario.
- deep knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and the courts of justice act.
- experience with motions, case conferences, trials, and discoveries.
- proficiency in drafting persuasive legal documents.
- strong courtroom advocacy skills.
- hands‑on experience with acl, lexisnexis, westlaw, canlii, cosmolex, and caselines.
- familiarity with teraview, esc and other legal research databases.
- advanced negotiation, client service, and client management skills.
- previous experience working with legal experts.
- published legal research, articles, or cases.
- experience with legal practice management software.
- bilingualism (asset but not required).
