Litigation Law Clerk

We are looking for an exceptionally talented and energetic Law Clerk to join our plaintiff personal injury practice in Vaughan or St. Catharines. The successful applicant must be a professional self‑starter dedicated to providing excellent service to their clients.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, conscientious, and self‑motivated with excellent communication skills. They must work well in a fast‑paced environment and take pride in exceeding expectations.

• Minimum 3 years experience in Accident Benefits and Tort matters
• Ability to complete OCF forms according to the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule requirements
• Experience drafting pleadings (e.g., Statement of Claim, etc.) and preparing LAT Applications, mediation memorandums, and Pre‑Trial memorandums
• Strong computer skills are a definite requirement; familiarity with legal software such as Primafact is an asset
