Our client, an industry leader, is seeking to add an experienced securities lawyer to their team as in-house Counsel. The ideal candidate will have  at least 5 years  of experience with securities matters, including a solid understanding of mutual fund distribution and regulatory matters, coming from a large firm or in-house environment. The successful candidate will work closely with leaders in the business on a broad spectrum of matters including advising on new products, risk, and operational matters.
