What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing your own litigation files from start to finish.

Co‑counseling with senior lawyers on complex, high‑stakes cases.

Drafting claims, defences, applications, motions, affidavits, and factums.

Arguing motions, case conferences, applications, and trials.

Preparing for and conducting discoveries and hearings.

Liaising with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.

Utilizing cutting‑edge litigation software to manage files efficiently.

Developing and executing case strategies to secure optimal outcomes for clients.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

3+ years of solid civil litigation experience  (estate, commercial, and real estate litigation preferred).

Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
