Responsibilities   Represent clients in disputes involving property damage, slip-and-fall claims, road maintenance, and other municipal issues.
Manage files from start to finish—drafting pleadings, conducting discoveries, attending motions, mediations, and trials.
Collaborate with a supportive, knowledgeable team dedicated to exceptional client service.
Qualifications   2–5 years of litigation experience (municipal liability, insurance defense, or general civil litigation preferred).
Strong advocacy skills with the ability to run files independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A genuine interest in municipal law and a drive for professional growth.
