Litigation Associate​/Hybrid

Overview

Litigation Associate (Flexible/Hybrid) — Our client is a leading litigation boutique looking to add an associate with 2+ years of Civil / Commercial Litigation experience to join their downtown Toronto team. The successful candidate will have an outstanding academic record and highly developed communication skills.

In this role you will be required to handle a large number of files through the litigation process, both independently and as a member of an experienced team.

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 2+ years of post-call experience, with demonstrated knowledge and interest in Litigation, particularly complex matters. You can work well under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines. You will have strong teamwork skills, be trustworthy, accountable, proactive, and maintain a positive work attitude. You should also have confidence and legal acumen to do great work and relish in the thrill and accomplishment of winning a case for your client’s causes.
