A Supply Chain Coordinator reports to the Team Leader, Supply Planning or Manager, Supply Planning and is responsible for:

• Detailed master planning of fresh baked goods and frozen SKUs, short‑ and long‑term.
• Maintaining key KPI levels such as fill rate and inventory targets.
• Collaborating with logistics, finance, manufacturing, procurement, and product life‑management teams.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

• Manage supply chain activities on weekends and holidays for the fresh/frozen business.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns, carrier issues, and capacity shortages.
• Lead daily calls to keep manufacturing on track.
• Coordinate production changes between sites.
• Monitor and maintain key KPIs, including a fill rate of 98.5 %.
• Create transport plans for future sales days.
• Review returnable packaging inventory.
• Build relationships with manufacturing sites and logistics partners.
• Respond to requests from manufacturing, customer experience, distribution centers, transport, and sales.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Enrolled in a recognized university or college (Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, Statistics, or Mathematics).
• 1 year of related work experience or equivalent co‑op/internship.
• Understanding of basic supply chain principles (forecasting, inventory control, logistics).
• Experience with SAP and TMS preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Positive, proactive, results‑driven mindset.
