A Supply Chain Coordinator reports to the Team Leader, Supply Planning or Manager, Supply Planning and is responsible for:
- Detailed master planning of fresh baked goods and frozen SKUs, short‑ and long‑term.
- Maintaining key KPI levels such as fill rate and inventory targets.
- Collaborating with logistics, finance, manufacturing, procurement, and product life‑management teams.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Manage supply chain activities on weekends and holidays for the fresh/frozen business.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns, carrier issues, and capacity shortages.
- Lead daily calls to keep manufacturing on track.
- Coordinate production changes between sites.
- Monitor and maintain key KPIs, including a fill rate of 98.5 %.
- Create transport plans for future sales days.
- Review returnable packaging inventory.
- Build relationships with manufacturing sites and logistics partners.
- Respond to requests from manufacturing, customer experience, distribution centers, transport, and sales.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Enrolled in a recognized university or college (Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, Statistics, or Mathematics).
- 1 year of related work experience or equivalent co‑op/internship.
- Understanding of basic supply chain principles (forecasting, inventory control, logistics).
- Experience with SAP and TMS preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
- Positive, proactive, results‑driven mindset.
