Inside Sales Rep - TIMET, Toronto, OH
Summary. This is an opportunity in the sales group to manage titanium supply for significant contracts. Communicate with customers, sub-contractors, account managers, Q.A., inventory/production planners, and mill operations. Strong interpersonal skills, computer proficiency, attention to detail, and strong math skills are required. Located in Toronto, Ohio.
Essential Functions- Convert customer supplied forecast into usable Excel format (pivot tables, graphs).
- Analyze data, identify and scrutinize significant variances.
- Rectify variance concerns with customer and applicable TIMET team members.
- Convert forecasted demand into SAP scheduling contracts.
- Review SAP inventory and replenishment scenarios to assure customer support.
- Problem solve and expedite mill replenishment to address potential shortfalls.
- Act as primary liaison between customer and TIMET team members (Sales, Q.A., Inventory & Production).
- Scrutinize and reconcile customers’ supplier scorecard.
- Coordinate order management for participating sub-contractors.
- Expedite processing of customer purchase orders and releases.
- Expedite critical customer orders and mill replenishment.
- Initiate customer offers for deviated material.
- Understand how the customer’s quality requirements relate to TIMET’s capabilities.
- Face‑to‑face customer contact to ensure details of contract are fulfilled.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred; equivalent years of experience considered.
- Prior experience in supply chain management, preferably in a metals manufacturing environment.
- Experience with administration and/or management of contracts, incorporating forecasting and performance metric analysis.
- Experience in managing projects addressing schedule, resource planning, identification and problem resolution while maintaining a hands‑on approach.
- APICS Certification.
- SAP experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Travel 10%.
