Whatto Expect
Generate net requirements for plants and vendors, prepare the supply plan, create deployment plans in weekly/monthly buckets, and replenish R&P materials to meet customer demand. The Supply Planner considers network complexity, pakket inventory targets, and all supply constraints. When necessary, the role will build supply scenarios, evaluate feasibility, risks, and opportunities.
A Day in the LifeThe Supply Planner is accountable for the end‑to‑end planning process in the SNP network, ensuring best‑in‑class planning parameters and flawless execution (KPIs, IMS, inventory parameters). Responsibilities include analyzing exceptions to make business decisions, challenging manufacturing on lot sizes, cycle times, and R&P inventory levels, פחד ועוד, and supporting a Demand Planner to improve demand planning accuracy while optimizing shipments and maintaining service levels.
RoleRequirements
- Experience implementing LEAN concepts and tools and proven inventory optimization roles.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for strategic decisions.
- Proficiency with planning software and tools.
- Experience collaborating with internal operations, logistics, and external partners.
- Data analysis/reporting skills using Power BI, Excel, Tableau or similar.
- Solid understanding of local markets, categories, and key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of product portfolio, brand profitability, and E2E value‑chain drivers.
- Experience with SAP Business Objects, BW, Power BI or other system tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or economics.
- +3 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, distribution planning, load planning, or logistics.
- Knowledge of supported planning tools (OMP, APO, SAP). Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PPT, Word, Teams).
