This full‑time Cleaner position works at one of our apartment buildings. The role requires working some weekends and flexible scheduling.

• General cleaning of common areas (lobbies, elevators, stairwells, windows) and amenity areas (laundry rooms, social rooms) including sweeping, vacuuming & mopping.
• Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, balconies.
• Exterior cleaning duties including general maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios and rooftops, and picking up loose garbage/debris.
• Report any serious deficiency about curb appeal or safety or hazard to Resident Manager.
• Work flexible schedule, including weekends, as part of a team and take direction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
