Commercial Cleaner

Job Title: Commercial Cleaner - High-End Car Dealership & Training Center.
Location: North York, ON.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day.
Shift: 7:00pm-10:00pm
Pay: $17.60 per hour.

Position Summary:
The Commercial Cleaner is responsible for ensuring all areas of the dealership and training center are consistently clean, sanitized, and presentable. This includes offices, workstations, training areas, washrooms, kitchenettes, customer lounge areas, elevators, stairwells, landings, entrances, and reception areas. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Offices & Workstations - Dust and wipe surfaces, vacuum carpets, mop floors, sanitize high-touch areas, empty garbage.
• Training Areas - Wipe desks, tables, and chairs, sweep/mop floors, sanitize high-touch areas, remove garbage.
• Washrooms - Clean and sanitize sinks, toilets, mirrors, replenish supplies, sweep/mop floors, empty bins.
• Kitchenette - Clean counters, sinks, appliances, tables, mop floors, empty garbage.
• Customer Lounge & Reception - Dust and wipe furniture, vacuum/sweep/mop floors, sanitize high-touch areas, empty bins.
• Elevators, Stairwells, Landings & Entrances - Sweep/mop floors, clean handrails and buttons, remove debris.
• Service Area - Sweep/mop floors, clean all glass, remove debris, dust and wipe surfaces, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in a commercial cleaning setting (car dealership setting preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years floor machine experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Able to work independently.
