Reporting to the Production Manager, the Heavy Duty Carpet Cleaner will be responsible for conducting various cleaning services at assigned residential and commercial customer sites in the west end of Toronto.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities of this job. The tasks and the time spent performing each task may vary as business needs require. Service Master Clean maintains the right to modify job duties and responsibilities at its discretion.
Client Site Duties- Complete jobs to specifications to customer’s satisfaction
- Provide superior carpet cleaning/steam cleaning/sanitiizing/upholstery cleaning/strip & waxing of floors
- Confirm work is completed to ensure the job meets Service Master standards and customer requirements
- Handle re-service requests promptly and courteously
- Maintain all equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in proper working order
- Maintain comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the business and services offered, advise customer appropriately, qualify jobs to be completed and gain the confidence of clients
- Attend weekly meetings with production team
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all client facing activities
- Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
- Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies
- Adherence to all company workplace policies
- Perform other duties as required
- Review work orders assigned and communicate with office associates as needed
- Check routing and directions to each job as required
- Provide weekly invoices to Accounting/Office Manager
- Inspect materials and equipment required for the scheduled jobs to ensure it is maintained in good working order.

Experience in Commercial cleaning is preferred but will provide training to suitable applicants.
Physical RequirementsThis position requires a high level of physical exertion due to heavy lifting of equipment.
Working ConditionsThere is a low risk of exposure to adverse working conditions.
Compensation: $21.00 per hour to start
