Overview

Start immediately! Morning Shift General Labour in North York. Our client, an outdoor furniture manufacturer in North York, is looking for morning shift workers to start immediately.

Regular Shift Timings: 6:30 am to 2:30 pm (Full Time Monday to Friday).

Work location:

North York, ON (Steeles Ave. W & Weston Rd). Pay rate: $17.60 per hour + 4% vacation pay.

• Able to work in a high-volume working environment.
• Standing in one location for the majority of the day.
• General cleaning of plant areas.
• Ability to work within all departments of the plant.
• Must speak, read, and write in English.
• Must be punctual.
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts.
• Fully understand and able to do different tasks as assigned.
• Must wear steel-toed safety shoes in the facility all the time.

The nature of the working environment includes extreme heat up to 45 to 50 degrees Celsius, loud machinery noise, highly physically demanding tasks up to 50 lbs continuously, strong plastic smell, and fast-paced nature of the work.
