Formulation and Filling Specialist

This role will support the operations and mechanics teams in relation to the FFIP project for Formulation and Filling. This role will act as a technical resource who uses GMP knowledge to work within Sanofi Manufacturing and Quality Systems to support Formulation and Filling in the context of SME for operations and maintenance requirements.

• Support for qualification and validation activities for Formulation and Filling such as SAT, IOQ, aseptic processing simulations, smoke studies, ISO certification, thermal validation, and review/approve related protocols/reports.
• Development of processes and techniques for Formulation and Filling with focus on setup and maintenance.
• Prepare and facilitate Mechanic and Operations training on Formulation and Filling on equipment and processes.
• Provide troubleshooting and maintenance support for Formulation and Filling equipment.
• Provide project management support on compliance related activities specific to Formulation and Filling with the aim to close gaps within the required timeframe and ensure minimal impact to project timelines.
• Identify opportunities for alignment across the MS platforms or within Formulation and Filling by applying LEAN methodologies.
• Coordinate cross functional teams including internal and external individuals.
• Communication and coordination with vendors for parts, maintenance, and operation requirements.
• Support for Formulation and Filling by providing guidance/knowledge on aseptic processing, company procedures, global requirements, and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare and update GMP documents such as SOPs, SWIs, protocols, reports, job aids, etc.
• Prepare and update training plans.

• Bachelor’s or associate degree OR College Diploma in Science
• 1-3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical company
• Efficiently use company tools such as SAP, Qualipso, KNEAT, iFMS, etc. and the ability to adapt to new tools
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
