Food; Kimchi Processing Supervisor

Position: Food (Kimchi) Processing Supervisor
2492983 Ontario Inc. d.b.a. Halmoni’s Kimchee located at 225-719 Bloor St. W Toronto ONM6G 1L5, is a Kimchi producing company. We are currently looking for a permanent, full time Food (Kimchi) Processing Supervisor.

Wages: CAD $31.25~$36.00/hour (depending on skills & experiences)

Types:
Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including morning, evening, weekends, and holidays)

Working hours:

30~ 40 hours/week

Benefits: 4 % of vacation pay

Job Duties:

Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers who process, package Kimchi products

Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality

Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units including shipping

Requisition materials and supplies

Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policy

Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions

Prepare production, quality, and other reports.

Job Requirements:

Completion of secondary school;

Minimum 3 years of experience in the food or beverage processing industry are required.

Kimchi processing experience is an asset
