Your Mission
Own both strategy and day‑to‑day operations of the machining department. Ensure precision, safety, and efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Partner cross‑functionally, develop talent, and implement systems that make the operation stronger and leaner.
What You’ll Do
Oversee production scheduling, workflow, and on‑time delivery
Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team
Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards
Collaborate across functions to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize operations
What You Bring
5+ years manufacturing leadership (CNC machining preferred)
Expertise in scheduling, shop‑floor operations, and team development
Strong safety, compliance, and quality knowledge (AS9100, ISO
9001 a plus)
Technical understanding of machine tools and machining practices
Data‑driven, improvement‑focused, and results‑oriented
