We are a high-growth, fast-paced growing business that manufactures consumables cartridges used in protein research and bio-pharma drug discovery & quality control. We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the manufacturing organization driving and sustaining continuous improvement activities. You will be responsible for delivering significant immediate top-line revenue growth, while improving quality, improving delivery performance, and managing cost.

You will also be responsible for building and executing a longer-term plan to match future capacity and organizational strength (people/process) with future demand needs.

* Key Responsibilities:

** Apply ISO
9001 Quality Management System standards and requirements for release of biotech products.

Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout. Provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.

Develop and evaluate manufacturing processes for design and improvement by applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials, conferring with internal process engineering management.

* Education and Experience:

** Minimum 10 years of experience managing manufacturing operations with direct experience managing resources in manufacturing, manufacturing engineering or quality engineering.

* Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

** Proven ability to execute multiple priorities simultaneously using critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams with experience in a rapidly growing business.

Good financial skills in budgeting, expense control, and forecasting.

Prior experience in an engineering role is a plus.

Excellent project management, communication, and change management skills.
