The Production Manager for Graphitization, Pitch Coating & Finished Goods Handling will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across these specialized processes. This position is responsible for maintaining world‑class standards in safety, quality, and efficiency while leading a team of operators and process engineers. In addition to day‑to‑day management, the role is pivotal in supporting commissioning and ramp‑up activities, optimizing thermal processes, and ensuring seamless handling of finished goods—all aligned with Vianode’s commitment to innovation and sustainability.

You’ll Be Driving

Key responsibilities include:

• Process Management:
  Oversee graphitization furnaces and pitch coating operations to ensure consistent and reliable performance.
• Safety Leadership:
  Enforce strict safety protocols for high‑temperature processes, fostering a strong safety culture.
• Quality Assurance:
  Ensure compliance with quality standards and PPAP documentation for finished goods.
• Team Leadership:
  Lead and develop operators and process engineers, providing guidance and support for graphitization and coating activities.
• Process Optimization:
  Improve energy efficiency and throughput in thermal processes to maximize productivity.
• Finished Goods Handling:
  Coordinate packaging and storage of finished products to meet delivery requirements.
• Commissioning Support:
  Actively participate in commissioning and ramp‑up of graphitization and coating lines.

What You’ll Need to Stand‑out

Core qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in production management within industrial or chemical processing environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of synthetic graphite manufacturing processes and thermal treatment technologies.
• Proven track record in plant commissioning and ramp‑up activities.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Technical expertise in graphite or carbon‑based material processing.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, particularly under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
